Dear Parents/Guardians,
With regards to the purchase of the yearbook, I have checked with the school that for pupils with siblings in KCPPS, only one child needs to buy and for ease of coordination, the oldest child in the school will make the purchase.
However, if your child is the eldest in the school, we strongly encourage you to purchase a copy. Thank you for your kind support.
Also, the purchase of Character Education folder is compulsory-$4.80. The folder contains all activity sheets that children will be doing in class every Friday. The Folder also differ for each level. Please submit the payment through your child/ward by Tuesday.
Thank you so much for taking time to read this note.
Regards
Rasheedah

Lets' Chat Jotter Book
Dear Parents,
The children are required to wrap the Jotter Book with the white A4 paper which I have given them today. That jotter book is called Lets' Chat. They will have to write the title- Let's Chat at the topp and write their name and class at the bottom. They will have to design, draw and colour the paper.

Signing of Diary
I believe many of you are working parents and often come back home late from work. Sometimes, you may be too tired to look through your child work. But there is one thing that I really hope which is to assist your child in looking through the diart and be updated of the tasks, notes (if any) in the diary. And after doing so, kindly acknowledge the diary by signing it.
I seek your help in doing so because at times, I know it is very unjust to have the children understand all notes and tasks on their own-at the moment. So the diary is a mean to jot down things that they may need to bring or complete. However, being a seven year old child, I too don't expect them to look through their diary every day. It is only with your supervision and monitoring that this can be possible and be made into a routine for the children. Thank you very much for your kind understanding.
Homework File
Dear Parents, please take note that I have bought a clear-plastic file for the pupils. This file is called the 'Homework File'. As it is the begininning of the term and to have a standardisation procedure in the class, pupils will have to bring this file every day. We will be keeping all the letters, notes or homework to be done in this file. I hope you can assist your child/ward to check and update the contents of the file. Please do not keep the unwanted contents in the file. Thank you so much for your kind support.
